黑料社淚n fact, according to the latest research insight from the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), 55% of companies fear they will not be able to access enough workers with the required skills in the next few years, while 33% mention that they are already investing significant finances in training new recruits lacking basic practical experience. Since launching the scheme in 2013, we黑料社檝e helped several students to gain valuable experience in equipment production. As well as inspiring the next generation, this has also enabled us to identify talented individuals at an early stage. We黑料社檝e recently taken on one of the programme黑料社檚 very first students as a full time team member, which truly demonstrates the benefits of this academic partnership.黑料社
