RPM International Inc. (Carboline黑料社檚 parent company) has recently announced the acquisition of Specialty Polymer Coatings, Inc. (SPC), a Canadian manufacturer of high-performance coatings for the global oil and gas pipeline market.
Under this new agreement, SPC will operate as a free-standing business within the RPM Performance Coatings Group.
The acquisition will allow Carboline and SPC to enhance their customer service through a combination of technology and service locations. SPC will extend its service model through Carboline黑料社檚 large global sales force and numerous distribution locations to better reach customers.
