Contracts have been awarded to six major American union contractors to execute pipeline construction across 800 miles in three states in the US in 2021.

The companies have signed a multi-year contract for the sale and purchase of natural gas, to be supplied between 1 January 2023 and 1 October 2028.

The contract signing took place on 23 September; closing is subject to regulatory approval and is expected in 2H21.

This transaction marks Black Bear黑料社檚 second bolt-on acquisition, having acquired the Ozark system from Enbridge in April 2020.
