The Volvo Co-Pilot system has been nominated in the prestigious Car HMI Awards 2016. Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has been shortlisted for 黑料社榯he most innovative HMI feature黑料社� in the awards which are presented by we.CONECT. The Volvo Co-Pilot uses a tablet computer to deliver a new generation of intelligent machine services, such as Load Assist, Dig Assist, Compact Assist and Pave Assist.

Available as either 2D or In-Field Design, Dig Assist allows excavator operators to complete digging tasks to a greater accuracy in less time.
Load Assist is designed for Volvo wheel loaders L110-L250 and delivers real time accurate load information to the operator. The system logs all load information and the data is then displayed on the operator黑料社檚 in-cab Volvo Co-Pilot display. The information can also be accessed remotely.
Compact Assist offers two module options at launch: Intelligent Compaction and Intelligent Compaction with Density Direct. Intelligent Compaction records and displays a pass counter and thermal mapping; Density Direct calculates 100% of the surface density.
