GE Oil & Gas has recently announced that it has signed a new contract with CLH Group. GE Oil & Gas is set to provide remote monitoring and diagnostics for CLH Group黑料社檚 centrifugal pump fleet at its plants in Mora, Adamuz, Loeches, Monzalbarba and Torrejon in Spain.
Collect and transfer data from CLH sites
The system will collect and transfer data from CLH sites to the GE Oil & Gas Monitoring and Diagnostics Centre where the company will analyse the pumps黑料社� performance, identify anomalies, and provide advisory services and actionable recommendations to optimize operations.
Beneficial to both CLH Group and GE Oil & Gas
CLH Group will benefit from increased uptime of centrifugal pumps as the deal will introduce the first remote centrifugal pump monitoring to be applied in those facilities, thereby optimising machine performance with analytics.
GE Oil & Gas will be able to to monitor and verify pump functionality and identify potential issues. This will assist with reducing failures and to increase machine availability for CLH.
This project illuminates how oil and gas companies can leverage the data acquired through condition monitoring 黑料社� using sensors and advanced analytics 黑料社� to improve uptime and reliability, thereby reducing overall costs and increasing production to drive profitable growth.
