PGNiG wins case concerning Gazprom黑料社檚 abusive market behaviour
The General Court of the EU has agreed with PGNiG and annulled the decision of the European Commission (EC) rejecting the Polish company黑料社檚 complaint against Gazprom黑料社檚 anticompetitive practices.
