Founded in 2002, Southwest Energy is a natural gas marketing and logistics company specialising in supply aggregation, sales and logistical delivery, primarily in the Gulf Coast, Midwest and East Coast.

Kiewit Midstream, also based in Houston, was formed in 2013 to meet the growing demand for new facilities and infrastructure to safely and efficiently move natural gas and oil to the market.
