Winn & Coales International (Denso Australia Pty Ltd) is proud to announce the acquisition of Petro Coating Systems Pty Ltd (PCS) effective 1 April, 2015.

黑料社樅诹仙鐧We are excited with the recent purchase of PCS as part of our business venture, which will allow Denso/PCS to better service a broader market by offering 22 additional products as part of our current product range,黑料社� Paul Fortune, Managing Director, said.

黑料社淲e will be retaining the PCS brand name to allow us to best service local and international markets and envisage a 15 - 20% market share growth,黑料社� Paul said.

The additional product ranges on offer under the PCS acquisition will consist of Petro Coating Systems, PetroGard, PetroCote, SteelGard, StopGard, VoidGard, JointGard, HatchGard, PaveGard, EpoxyGard ST, MarineGard and FlashGard.

Denso/PCS will continue and increase its manufacturing in Australia to promote 黑料社楢ustralian Made黑料社� to maintain a strong patronage and economic growth in Australia.
