Clinton refuses to comment on Keystone pipeline

Hillary Clinton says she will not take a position on the Keystone XL pipeline until she becomes President, citing her work on the issue as US secretary of state.
Clinton told voters in New Hampshire yesterday that she will not 黑料社渟econd-guess黑料社 President Obama黑料社檚 pending decision on the pipeline. She said that would not be the 黑料社渞ight thing to do黑料社 because the government黑料社檚 review of the project started during her tenure at the State Department.
Responding to a demand for a 黑料社測es黑料社 or 黑料社渘o黑料社 to the pipeline, Clinton said: 黑料社淚f it黑料社檚 undecided when I become president, I will answer your question.黑料社
Two of Mrs. Clinton黑料社檚 Democratic opponents, former Gov. Martin O黑料社橫alley of Maryland and Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, have both said they oppose the Keystone project.

Senator John Hoeven, a North Dakota Republican and leading congressional supporter of the US$8 billion proposal, cited unidentified 黑料社榮ources黑料社 yesterday in predicting President Barack Obama will reject the pipeline proposal in August.
黑料社淭he earliest we黑料社檒l now see it, we think, is in 2018黑料社 under the next US President, said Patrick Kenny, an analyst at National Bank Financial in Calgary.
