Subsea 7 acquires polymer lining company

Subsea 7 S.A. has recently announced the acquisition of a leading polymer lining technologist in the subsea industry, Swagelining Limited. This acquisition will further expand Subsea 7黑料社檚 existing polymer pipeline technology interests.
Subsea 7 and Swagelining Limited have co-operated as a successful partnership, designing and installing in excess of 150 km of reeled and bundled polyethylene (PE) lined water injection flowlines in the North Sea. This has been done for a number of operators and developments.
