Hydratight India has been awarded 黑料社楽trategic Cairn Vendor黑料社� status for successful execution of onsite pipe cutting services during a critical shutdown

Cairn India Ltd is one of the leading independent oil and gas exploration companies in India.聽 The upstream operator operates several critical pipelines and oil processing complexes.

One of Cairn黑料社檚 major onshore facilities at Barmer, Rajasthan required onsite pipe cutting at several strategic locations.聽 This necessitated a critical shutdown of national significance.

The strategic importance of the asset meant all work had to be completed within a strict 24 hour window.聽 Any overrun would have created unacceptable loss of output and incurred significant financial impact.

The project required multiple simultaneous team mobilizations.聽 Success hinged on the ability to understand site conditions and plan and execute the complex logistics within a very tight timeframe.聽

Cairn evaluated potential contractors based on a proven ability to manage complex logistics with no room for error.聽 Hydratight黑料社檚 黑料社榬ight first time黑料社� philosophy and international reputation for high standards of deliverables helped to secure the critical scope of the competitive tender.

In recognition of the importance of the project, Actuant India made strategic investments in new pipe cutting machines to execute the work.聽 Hydratight mobilized 11 machines, supported by 25 experienced onsite personnel.聽 The project was carried out successfully on time and on budget.

Hydratight was the rated as the best contractor and Actuant India was recognized with an award as a Strategic Cairn Vendor for successful project execution.
